We accept returns within a 30 day window of your purchase. This excludes clearance items as all sales are final on those!

No worries, reach out to us via email or chat during normal business ours. We will need some basic info like your Name, an email address and your order number as well as some pictures showing the damage incurred. We may ask you to send the item back at our expense but we will replace your item free of charge!
