Shipping Policies
Domestic Shipping:
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 for all domestic orders. Orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping. Typically, orders will ship within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). All shipments within the U.S. mainland are processed through FedEx, with delivery times varying depending on your location. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will generally be sent via Priority US Postal, regardless of the shipping option chosen.
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with all relevant details. After your order ships, you’ll get a follow-up email with tracking information.

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must have both billing and shipping addresses within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. We proudly support U.S. military personnel but must comply with U.S. export control regulations. For government orders requiring delivery to APO/FPO addresses, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges Policies
New Products:
At Zillah Makes, we’re dedicated to your satisfaction and want to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund for the cost of the merchandise, taxes, and shipping/handling fees.
If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with a newly purchased Zillah Makes product, we offer a 60-day return period. You can either return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another item. Please note that return shipping (and re-shipping, if necessary) will be at the customer’s expense.

Defective Products:
If you experience any issues with a Zillah Makes product, no matter where it was purchased, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll do everything we can to assist you.

How to Return an Item:
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the purchase was made through another retailer, we will issue store credit. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.

Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the package; returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Include a note with your full name, shipping address, phone number, email, RMA number, and the reason for your return (including any details about the firearm, ammunition, or usage environment for defective returns). Please do not include ammunition in the return.

Securely pack the item with appropriate padding, either using the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

You’ll receive a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label with your original order. If you’re reusing the original packaging, make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels. Attach the new return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at an official or authorized FedEx location.
