New Products:
At Zillah Makes, we’re dedicated to your satisfaction and want to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund for the cost of the merchandise, taxes, and shipping/handling fees.
If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with a newly purchased Zillah Makes product, we offer a 30-day return period. You can either return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another item. Please note that return shipping (and re-shipping, if necessary) will be at the customer’s expense.

How to Return an Item:
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the purchase was made through another retailer, we will issue store credit. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.

Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the package; returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Include a note with your full name, shipping address, phone number, email, RMA number, and the reason for your return (including any details about the firearm, ammunition, or usage environment for defective returns). Please do not include ammunition in the return.

Securely pack the item with appropriate padding, either using the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.
